Every year, we comb business and graduate schools across the country looking for highly driven individuals with proven leadership ability to join our summer analyst and associate program. Overview and Benefits of the FNIB Summer Program

Summer program candidates should have a strong interest in exploring a career in investment banking, be highly analytical, have an interest in or have studied finance / accounting / economics, and enjoy being an integral member of a fast-paced team environment.

Summer analysts are typically hired between their junior and senior year of completing their undergraduate degree and have little or no previous working experience.  Summer associates are typically hired between their first and second year of graduate school.
