Associate
Associates typically have two to five years of working experience and/or an MBA. Associates quickly become an integral part of the transaction team based on their division and will become involved with assuming client, product, or industry responsibility.
Qualified associates should have an understanding and interest in the investment banking industry, be highly analytical, understand finances / accounting / economics, have an interest in business development, and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.
