Tim joined First National Mergers and Acquisitions in 2009. Tim has 20 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, and investment banking, working with middle market clients across industries. Prior to joining FNIB, Tim was a principal with the Boston-based Investment Bank Stonebridge Associates, LLC. At Stonebridge, Tim managed the firm's private equity relationships and oversaw the execution of M&A and capital raising transactions across consumer and industrial sectors. Tim also served as director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Carlin, Charron & Rosen, LLP; and was a vice president in the M&A group at Adams, Harkness & Hill (both firms in Boston). Earlier in his career and prior to developing a focus on closely-held private companies and family businesses, Tim served as an investment banker at NationsBanc Montgomery Securities. Tim received his M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.A. cum laude from Bowdoin College. He is a Series 7, Series 63 and Series 79 FINRA registered representative, as well as a Series 24 registered principal. |
