Paul McGarvey - Managing Director

Paul is managing director of First National Mergers & Acquisitions.  As one of the founding members of Cybus Capital Markets, his expertise includes over 20 years negotiating, structuring, pricing and underwriting private placement debt and equity related securities.  Paul has been active in the management and growth of Cybus’ investment banking business.  He is involved in the development of new investment banking relationships for the firm.  Prior to joining the firm in 1995, Paul was with The Principal Financial Group, Cigna Investments, First Bank Systems, and Merrill Lynch focusing on institutional investing, corporate finance, and investment banking of private placement securities.  Paul holds a B.S.B.A. undergraduate degree from the University of Denver, and an M.B.A. from Babson College.
