First Capital Partners Investment Criteria

First Capital Partners target mezzanine capital and private equity investments of $2 million to $10 million in businesses with the following characteristics:

Management

Experienced management team with relevant industry domain expertise and a track record of success

Business Profile

Privately-owned businesses with a history of stable and positive cash flow.  We do not invest in start-ups, turn arounds, real estate, project finance or companies with significant technology risk

  • Business outsourcing
  • Value-added distribution
  • Service businesses with long-term customers
  • Food & agribusiness

Financial Attributes

Revenues of $5 million to $100 million and a minimum of $2 million of EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization)

Location

We focus on companies in the central U.S., but we will consider opportunities outside this region.
